Ok so i heard of this stuff called Albolene cream. What exactly is that? If anyone knows.

Boxers use it for loosing weight, all it does is overheat the body and causes dehydration. The body therefore doesnt work as good to enable it to loose weight, too me its a load of bollocks sorry

some fighters like to put it on before a fightto help warm up and get a sweat. a problem is its gets on the gloves and can get in the eyes during a bout, from time to time you will hear comers complain about an ointment effecting their fighter eyes, that’s what causes it. I do like the product it openes the pores very well. but gotta be careful with it.

It's an old trick, don't know if it was Albolene cream, I doubt it though... probably just Linament, they place a bit on their glove and rub it in the opponents face during clinches etc... can be nasty (never gotten any in my eye but I know how strong the stuff can be, don't put it on when you get out of a warm shower... :P)

Back in the old days old timers used a simular method they rubbed lard on their bodys and ran...Made you heat up quicker and force you to sweat harder to get past blockage of pores...Not really the safest way to lose weight
