I reckon George Bush takes it, simply because there is very little to damage above the shoulders and no matter how hard he's hit he'll still get up cause he's too dumb to know when he's beaten. I reckon it would go:

Hilary Clinton, seeing someone smaller than her there, leaps on prince, and beats him around the face with her handbag till his short arrogant ego is nothing but breadcrumbs, and then he dies of heartbreak seeing his ego destroyed. While this was going on, Blair was asking Bush if he should split them up, Bush tells him to mind America's business. Tony Blair thinks to question this, "but Mr Bush..."; and GWB replies, "just sod off and die tony". Tony goes into a corner, and does as he's told.
That leaves them 'mano a womano', and as it gets tense, there is a staredown, neither wanting to get caught out first. A bead of sweat forms on Clinton's brow, and as it rolls down her forehead it gathers foundation till it is a gooey ball. This drips into her eye, and as she wipes it away, Bush starts hitting her in the face.
AS the fans boo, Clinton gives the crowd the thumbs up, to show she's okay, and with her arm away from her face, Bush does a hitchkick into the air kicking bones from Clinton's nose into her brain.
Not having one himself, Bush stands there after his task is done, awaiting the next orders from his dark master.....
