I might be reaching here but what about Mike Weaver's knockout of Big John Tate for the heavyweight title in the eighties. It was the last round (15th) and the last, I would say about twenty seconds after taking a beating the entire fight, virtually losing every single round was crowned Champion by throwing one punch and John Tate was out for more than five minutes if memory serves me well.
