that's odd since he was so tall. bobbing and weaving is usually for shorter guys.

the best way to get it into your head to bob and weave is to get hit. also do it on the bag and in shadow boxing.

to counter you can side step him or always hit him from an angle ( step to his right side or left side and punch)

you can uppercut him,, you can work his body mostly

you can also learn his method of bob and and weave and when he does it it you can fake and then hit him and the end point of his bob. . .which will throw him off. .

you can ghost him allot to see how he moves. .

you can also learn to step back and punch. . . and you learn to bob and weave and counter puch also

The double end bag is good for this, improves your hand coordination at hitting fast moving targets.

Never move simply backwards or forwards against these guys... never a straight line... always circling so that they can't get the angles...

if you do take a straight step backwards... it should be so you can spin him and trick him into a corner.

When he gets in close, lean on him and make him support your weight, don't let him get his shots off.... even if they are only arm punches sneak a few shots into his ribs to slow him down.

you can ghost him allot to see how he moves. .
ye this works. a lot of fighters tend to bob n weave too early, before they get close enough, and paying attention to this allows u to work out the timing and direction of their movements.

well i guess then do as you please because he can bob and weave whilst in the corner..
they mentioned dont move strait back or really foreward without moving side to side and if you end up near the ropes or a corner only move back to spin him there .. just so you arent... then i suppose jus kick his ass :P

Follow peoples head path with the path of your shots when throwing at it.
Too many people throw straight shots at a head that is moving bobing and weaving sideways! Why ?
Follow the path of their head you cant miss cause they stop and come back through that same path unless they have moved their feet in which case you move yours to correct distance and you'll have them.

    I can explain it.
