    Default memory loss

    Hi guys , nice to meet you all , its me first post on this forum , its just bout wot happned to me yesterday , i wer sparrin and think took a few big shots to head , a bit later was standing round and 4got everything ( where i was , wot day of the week it was etc) iv only been boxin for bout year and half but iv not had it b4 can anyone tell me like what it is and if they get this alot and is it a bad sign ?

    Sounds like you were concused, happened to me a few times. Dont spar for a couple of weeks and tell your coach about it, sounds like heavy sparring. He should keep an eye on you if you dont tell him he wont know your problem.
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

    The right amount will, to much will just put wear and tear on you.

    Asude from conditioning (which can and should be done outside the ring ), it is in no way superior to more skill based sparring, other than teaching you to apply your skills when you are on the end of heavier shots... but you don't need to get your head battered every day to learn this.

    Once in a while yes, but you don't need to do it all the type to 'get your lads tough' as I have heard people say... fighters can't be made, only found

    be careful mate u shouldnt be getting hit that hard to make u lose ur memory must of been some shots u took some people take it to serious in sparring and think its real boxing match just be careful mate dont want bad injurys to ur head
