    Default Multi vitamins

My multi-vitamin has been making me dizzy and sick to my gut when I take it, and I take it right after breakfast or lunch, never on an empty stomach.

Anybody else have that problem or know what that means?

    one-a-day maximum

I guess I should also mention that I take my fish oil tab along with it

usually right after lunch when I get back to my room I throw down a big bottle of water along with the multi and the fish oil

    Stop taking it....now.
Very strange, ill ask about and see if i can find a reason, but stop taking it and see if you stop throwing up. If so then try a different make.
If this persists, consult your doctor. Thats not normal.

Heres a little thing you could try. We tested it when it first came out its Feraglobin it was made to put hemaglobin back in the system of women with menstral cycle problems, I think its a brilliant product for fighters in full training its got all the Bs in it and that could be your problem you need the Bs to get hold of the vitamins otherwise they go right through you. Good chemist stock it, its good gear and its legal.

ok I found it, thanks md

I should take this along with a multi-vitamin to remedy the sickness, or should I just take it alone?
