I was thinking about this at work......In all the aura and Legend that is Oscar Delahoya. We fail to realize how much does he have left..This is a Snapshot of The last 2 or so years and remember when he gets in the ring with Floyd it will be a year of inactivity..

He went 12 with Mosely lost

He got a Gift against Strum

Had the Luxury of Leaky defense swinging wildly Mayorga standing in front of him all nite....

Again how much does he have left to compete at the highest level with "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather....Opinions?

Well, this very well may be where ODLH has to go to Bully fighting. Can't really say anything else on the subject until I see training.
PBF has a great defense, but as mentioned many times he usually opts out of throwing combos. If ODLH can keep up the pressure (he's only 33) he will definately be able to make short work of PBF. And to answer your question, no we no idea how much is left in the tank.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Good points.. but remember when he was letting Mayorga load up his shots he never seemed shell shocked and was catching quite a few square in order to land his own better ones. (that's what some great fighters do )

If Oscar relied on one talent alone to win fights like maybe speed and he'd left it at the lower weights or a granite chin and he'd been brutally ko'd or maybe great stamina which he had lost with age or power that couldn't be utilised for broken hands then he'd be doomed but thats not the case.

I think he still has enough because it has never been one talent that made him great but many

Even in this late stage of his career, I think ODLH is the most skilled fighter to step into the ring with PBF. This should make for an outstanding bout.

I agree JT bro, with lil Floyd, you are getting a guy at the peak of his powers, with Oscar,it's an aging guy,and I have mentioned his stamina issues on numerous occasions before...6 rounds with Mayorga is not ideal prep for a fight with P4P picasso PBF. I'll keep saying it until the fight,Floyd will win..AND it will not be an exciting boxing match although technically,it'll be awesome.
