Anyone know if such a programme exists? Doesnt have to be for training just able to time three minutes and then a minutes break with a chime for the start and finish of each segment.

i created a .wav file with a loud chime after 3 minutes and a break, then a chime 3 minute later and set media player to repeat if that helps.Originally Posted by Memphis
