I would probably have to pick Pep on points, as he was almost impossible to hit.

On the otherhand, Armstrong was so strong & relentless, who's to say that he wouldn't have caught up with Pep eventually.

They would need a series of fights to sort it out, but I would say Pep on points in the first fight.
