I remember going back a few years they had Rick Waller on our local radio talking about celebrity fit or fat club whatever it was. He was really pleased with himself as he had lost 4 lbs. One of the presenters said what did you do bite your fingernails?

316lb!...christ on a bike thats big. Well done in shedding a 100lb mate. thats good going. I alwasy hover around 13 stone. I once went down to 11 1/2 stone once and i looked really ill (well i was ill hence the weight loss) but i looked way too skinny and i felt i looked a weakling.

Heaviest i have been is 14 stone...had a bit of a midriff then.

Lol - I am a really big bloke, frame wise. I am 15 stone 2, but hardly any body fat, beleive it or not even at 22 stone I didn't look like a really fat geezer. I put it all on when I stopped playing football and settled down, got married all that. Then when the babes was on the way I thought got to sort it out so went on a mission. Still need to improve the fitness though!
