Don't mock the man, he has developed the most efficeint punching motion there is. He starts gathering strength from his legs, it moves up to his hips, shoots up to somewhere in between his neck and shoulders then as the force is moving downwards he whiplashes his head to focus all of this force into an amazingly powerful punch.
