How on earth does he lose the weight so fast? Im at 215 right now trying to get down to 195 ,i run like 3 miles a day play a lot of basketball ,but i can't get below 210 to 215. It seems like Fernando goes from 220 to 154 in 2 months. I can't even get down to 195.

Geeze, boxers these days have turned into spoiled brats. It's all partying, gorging and boozing out the ring with their millions, and crash diet before fightnights - getting either drained or not making weight. They've lost the old fashion discipline of boxers of the past who maintained reasonable lifestyle to keep their weights in check.
