"Very few people really understand what it means to be a fighter. I hate it when I hear someone say, 'That fighter doesn't have guts. I hate that, I don't care if you're a world champion six times over or a four-round fighter, to step inside that ring, you have to have guts" Oscar De La Hoya
Can't be under 225.
he always used to look really fat inbetween fights if i remember right.
shocking that
I love Mexican food too. But damn, he has taken it way to far.
quite the chunky monkey isn't he. dya think you can fuck your metabalism up a bit if you continuously gain and lose weight, and watch what you eat for so long and then eat shit when your not training any where enough to burn off the food?
I have always wondered how much of his ballooning is from lack of self-discipline and how much of it is from his hypothyroid condition.
Wow. Maybe he should fight in the heavies.
Oops
It did not work for James so it will not work for him.Originally Posted by liquid

That sh*t is disgusting. I dont see how a fighter can bust their ass to get into shape and than just throw it all away and eat like a pig and do absolutly no exercise.
Holy s---! That's a lot of Fajitas and Negral ModeloOriginally Posted by brazilianbomber

Geeze, boxers these days have turned into spoiled brats. It's all partying, gorging and boozing out the ring with their millions, and crash diet before fightnights - getting either drained or not making weight. They've lost the old fashion discipline of boxers of the past who maintained reasonable lifestyle to keep their weights in check.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
