Definitions of racism and the way in which people percieve it change from generation to generation, that definition was written in the context of that time. If it was so racist, surely someone would be pressing allegations and the police would have launched an enquiry, whereas the simple truth is that they are light-hearted, purposefuly controversial comments with a racial undertone, not specifically racist. I agree, if someone wants to be a racist let them, its not a crime. There is actually alot of smart black people who claim that blacks are genetically different and therefore ought to have medecines etc. tested so that they know they work on them. Its one thing to claim that there are racial differences, another to act in a bad way towards other people. Toney does a little of both and its not a big deal.
