The Simpsons Vs. Futurama

This has always been a heated debate among my circle of freinds and I wanted to get an idea of what the Saddo crew thinks...

I vote for futurama. The situations are funnier, the characters are funnier, the oneliners are funnier, and the show didn't strech into needless seasons of it's former self.

Fav caracter: Dr. Zoidberg.

Futurama is funny. Hillarious actually but I like the Simpsons better. Just do, I would watch Simpsons over Futurama most any day of the week.

Futurama was very good but very short lasting.

The Simpsons has been very good for a long time.



They both get a little preachy on the liberal side of things but that is to be expected

south park kicks the shit out of both of em for me. but the simpsons is timeless and will still be getting watched in many years to come, where i dont think futurama will withstand the test of time.

What South Park did to Family Guy is unheard of.....they completely OWNED Seth MacFarlane and they make a lot of good points (both sides of arguments!!!) in their episodes while also having some episodes that are just silly.

Now everytime I watch Family Guy all I hear is "....you think that's bad, well it's not as bad as that time when I (fill in the blank)"........fucking idiots


Futurama is good and all....Zoidberg is a very funny character......but they did have Al Gore in an episode and I can never watch that episode ever.....Al Gore makes me angry.

Also the episode "Jurrasic Bark" makes me sad I can't watch it.....I wish my dog could bark along to 'Walkin on Sunshine' by Katrina and the Waves.




The Simpsons are CLASSIC though....like The Honeymooner's (the TV show not the gay ass movie that had like an all black cast.....not that i dislike black people but it's like having an all white cast of 'Good Times') and All In The Family.

Without a doubt The Simpsons was funnier than Futurama.

I don't think The Simpsons has been funny for about 10 years, but even when I watch some of the mid 90's episodes I still think they are hilarious today.

I never thought Futurama was funny at all..never watched more then a few episodes.



I think South Park is hilarious and beats Family Guy, Simpsons, and all others.
