THE Ninja site kills me every time, I get so pumped I headbutted my dog.
My sons mate came over for tea today, he said that his Dad is a Ninja. When I asked he confirmed that Ninja's are totally awsome.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Awesome video. I wish they has YouTube when I was 12.
Hey I watched a 2 hour documentary on this stuff a few weeks ago on late night t.v. It had these guys from france doing it and they made a name for it. It sounded a bit like Yakuzee or something.. I dunno, i'll try to rememeber so I can google it. But it was about this group of kids who grew up in the slums of france and they did that stuff every day for fun... Now they have a like a club that only certain people can join and they train like 8 hours a day and stuff and don't work or anything..
Anyway it came on at like 1am when I was about to sleep but I ended up watching the whole it, it was just crazy..
I'm going to try to remember the name of their club as they think of it as like a sport and they'll surely have a website...

here's the description of the show... do a search on the yamakasi (I was close) if you want to learn more I suppose.
HOT DOCS - YAMAKASI
For more than 10 years the Yamakasi have defied the laws of gravity; climbing walls, leaping between buildings and creating a new athletic code rooted in discipline, self sacrifice and physical endurance. They transform their oppressive concrete environment into one of fantasy, possibility and play. The men share the values of friendship, honesty, humility and courage as they discover their weaknesses and learn to overcome them. (From France, in French, with English subtitles) (Documentary)

I think they refered to parkour in the documentary as well... I guess it's the same thing, just these french people called it something different.
