Thats a good one..
When i'm training a lot of the time I like some sort of techno or trance that just sort has a good beat to keep in time too while skipping, shaddowboxing & stuff like that...
When I want to do some badass training though it's AC/DC all the way, or something cheeky like the Sex Pistols

BANG BANG!
hahaha... you gotta love Rammstien... the singer just sounds evil...
Guess the Rudy theme doesnt count, huh? Usually Flogging Molly/Dropkick Murphys, Megadeth, AC/DC, lots of other metal and some old school
As long as it has a beat and plenty of energy I'm fine with it. The best feeling is when you hear an awesome song for the first time, you could just get goosebumps. But after a while it just wears off.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
Recent learning experience though
The first 3 songs on Pantera's "Far Beyond Driven" are not good when your supposed to be taking it easy on the double end bag,I hurt like hell the next day
Victory- Puff Daddy/Notorious BIG
Feint- Linkin Park
Used to walk to the ring to those for exhibitions. They still get me GEEEKEEED!

I like Firestarter the most
mostly black gospel, but sometimes I like light/folk, like Joan Baez or Joni Mitchell or Carol King.
Hey, Von. Whatever happened to the 70's porn music
So Von,yer Kingston Trio and Fleetwood records get worn out?
From High Fidelity: "So you guys are slamming to Joni Mitchell now??"
