I just watched the fight with Castillo, and I felt Hatton did his job, but in his fight with Urango I felt that he was a lot more efficient against the bigger guy by using his speed in first six rounds than he was doing his grapling style the last 6. Hatton reminds me a lot of Holyfield, and I think Holyfield learned to use his superior speed in comparison to heavyweights to beat them, and thats what I think Hatton would have to do in order to beat Cotto, Margarito, and Williams. I think he has the skill and quickness to beat them, but I am not sure if he would fight a boxer's fight.
