Default Should I Stay Or Should I Go?!

I just can't decide what to do fellas...

My cousin Amanda is boxing this weekend. It's close by and my heart tells me to go for it. Still, there are four bouts from her gym alone and no set schedule. I could be there for a spell. I don't like being on display and my back can't take those uncomfy seats for too long. Someone might have to carry me out of there if she isn't near the start of things...

The upside side is Charles Dutton will be there and maybe some local talent. My cousin is the only female bout on the card so it shouldn't be a total snooze fest.

She is a featherweight and a "monster for her weight."

    Oh yeah, $15.00 a seat.

You should go and to be honest those obscure cards always have at least 2 really good fights....

Plus theres nothing going on, on HBO/Show then again you could order the Holyfield PPV...

Well, if you go there will be trouble

And if you stay it will be double

So you better go, show her support and since it's close it will be hard to tell her why you missed it.

You wouldnt even have to stay, just let her know you tried.

Or you could lie and say you wanted to go SO much, but ___________.

I am leaning towards going but you never know with me... either way I should be able to post some pics next week. Unless her opp backs out or one ofthem doesn't make weight.

I'm a recluse that's for damn sure. Actually, if you catch me on a bad day when I haven't shaved and I'm walking with a hunch in my back I'd prob pass for a hermit.

    A good-lookin', well-rounded hermit.

I go to the local amateur fights when they happen and like mick said there's always a few good fights. The last time was amazing. I saw a pure boxer (very quick nice jab only threw straight tight punching and nothing looping and also bobbed and weaved a blanket on the guy he was fighting before he tko'd the guy), a monster for the 140 weight class (future champ in my mind no doubt), and a few others that were pretty good. $15 isn't bad. I usually pay 10 (its 15 for front row but theres not a bad seat in the place to be honest) and there's atleast 10 fights.

Wot for? that's harsh man... harsh... only 4 short bouts and with hers being a female bout it'll probably be first.

Is your back that bad? What you mean when you say you don't like being on display? Do you have some sort of socially crippling phobia we should know about? :P

Four bouts from her gym. There are many gyms involved.

    Oh, it's bad, my back.

Socially crippling... well, if you can get me out in public I can fake comfortable for a few hours and then I start to unravel.

    Symtoms include:

    Nervous figitiding
    Excessive sweating
    Dizzziness
    Dry mouth
    Loss of balance
    Tunnel vision
    Overwhelming sense of dread

As soon as my feet touch the kitchen tile I start to get better and within 40 minutes I'm happy as a meadowlark.
