1)Pretty Boy Floyd is the best P4P everyone else out there its pretty sorry. Roy Jones was the best P4P for a long time up until he lost his magical speed and didnt give a F about trying anymore.

As for the rest of the list its pretty sad to see no one really is worthy of being 2nd. The rest is pretty sorry. Either they are ducking or losing or ducking and losing.
