    Though I may not get much of this in today,my back and shoulders are screwed up,and keep in mind Im in my late 30's,But this was what I had scheduled

    Today
    Jump Rope 3 rounds 2 mINUTES
    Chest Press 3X10
    Chest Flyes 3X8
    Overhead Shoulder Press 3X10
    Bent Over Rows 3X10
    Bicep Curls 3X8
    Tricep Kickback 3X8
    Lateral Raises 3X8
    Jog

    Fixed my mounbtain bike and have been going nuts with it
