that's how it should be, if you're not contributing to the fight, be it a trainer, cutman, or even somebody that pumps up the fighter mentally (although that's usually the trainer's job), then you shouldn't be there

Money doesn't solve the problems those guys have...I think of the old addage, "Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day....teach a man to fish and he'll never go hungry" or something like that.
