    SEX- male
    AGE- 13
    HEIGHT- 5 ft 7
    WEIGHT- 120


    i ve been boxing for about 5 months. I used to go to golds gym and there were some trainers there, but they closed down. I have a heavy bag, speed bag, and double end bag in my garage. This is basically what i do. run on treadmill in the morning and around 1 ish i go do my other stuff. First i jump rope for about 3, 3 minute rounds. Then i shadowbox, and hit the bags for 4, 3 minute rounds each. I am trying to find some boxing gyms that are some what close to me so i can spar there but, for now thats what i do.

    i had completly forgot about my training log but im going to start today

    i started out by stretching and warming up
    2 rounds jump rope
    3 rounds of shadowboxing the last round was with dumbells
    4 rounds hitting the heavy bag
    3 rounds on the double end bag
    2 rounds on the speed bag


    after the bags i did 3 sets of leg raises and some medicine ball push ups



    i hope to get the gym tommorow and spar.
