Hello ive got a fighting coming up on the first saturday in september not sure the date!
This week ive been training very hard. Workin on fitness and alot of sparring atleast 8 rounds a day.
Im goin to start my log from today.

Friday 20 july 2007:
2 mile run
30 minutes skipping
15 minute circuit (Press-ups, leg raises, crunches, squats, etc repeated for 15 minutes)
5 rounds sparring (2minutes x 30 second rest)
5 rounds bag work (3 minutes x minute rest)

Ill logg my training on sunday next!
