    Default Conditioning.

    Hi guys,

    I'm new here so bear with me.

    I was just wondering what was the best way to condition your ribcage.
    My friend jabbed me the other day (no gloves) and it stung like hell, I mean, maybe it was just a lucky shot :P but I don't want it happening in a proper fight.

    p.s.
    This thread shouldn't be limited only to ribcage conditioning, please post hints about head, arms, legs etc. aswell.

    go to a gym, learn how to jab, and put some freakin gloves on...whats with the streetfight/home fight threads?

    you can't condition your ribs...

    you can become more experienced at riding body shots or better yet DEFENDING THEM!
    improved conditioning will also help your legs recover better from taking them.

    I do have gloves, I'm not sure if it wasn't obvious to the rest of you, but we we're just play fighting and I became curious if anything...
    I wasn't "street-fighting" with my friend.
