i dont know why. i guess im not one of those guys with built in stanima. i just dont have it and i jog and everything? there is some days where i can go 12 rounds but those days only come once a year. what am i doing wrong? i eat right too i only eat fried chicken and rice and beans ( im a man living by himeself thats the only thing i know how to do ) but anyways i dont think the food is slowing me down. any advice? please give me a great routin that will help me out im sure that alote of people have this problem. thanks
