Calzaghe promises stunning show

Welsh boxer Joe Calzaghe has vowed to produce a performance better than in his fight against Jeff Lacy when he takes on Mikkel Kessler in Cardiff.

Style wise this fight could be explosive or dull. I think its on Kessler.

I really don't think this could be dull at all, Calzaghe always comes at his best when he is fighting world class fighters or hyped guys, and imo kessler is defo world class...

Can see this being an action fight sumin like calzaghe v brewer, but alot closer.

The reason i feel this has the potential to be a slow paced less exciting fight is largely due to Kessles performance against beyer. Should kessler be able, i feel he would be more than happy to keep Cal' at the long end of his punches all night without engaging.

However i also acknowledge the potential for a superfight as Joe will not be dominated and will perhaps resort to a lot of unorthodox methods in order to inflict his own will upon kessler.

Oh n sorry i meant to imply dull as unexciting not as in a bad fight. I think it will be a good fight, but mayb not a thriller...
