    Default Hagler/Monzon

Doninant middle from the 70's against dominant middle from the 80's. Tough call, who wins?

For 13 years Carlos Monzon, always found a way to avoid defeat; it would be a titanic struggle but he would edge Hagler over 15; Monzon Ws15

This is a very close one to call, but I would say Hagler wins in the later rounds.

Gotta disagree! Monzon was like no other. His left jab was like a Tommy Hearns right cross and his defense was his offense and the word mean has his picture right next to it in the dictionary. Hagler on the other hand was just plain mighty and the hardest working fighter to train for a fight that has ever existed. If they fought each other there would be instant retirement, they were evenly matched in different decades, it would be a bloody battle.

Monzon was great but i think Hagler would get it in what would be a fight on par with the legendar Hagler vs Leonard bouts

Hagler via close dec in a classic fight.
