    Damn! consider yourself very lucky.

I hope to one day meet Roberto and I'd like for him to autograph this really cool picture of him that I have when he was a lightweight.
I just gotta keep my eyes and ears open and stay on things and I know I'll meet him.

Good deal man and thanks for sharing the news.
    Did you take any pictures?

He walked about 5 steps and these two attractive girls, stopped and asked for a photo, which he did and asked for an autograph, which he obliged. It hurt me that he did that, as I am a HUGE fan of his, have nearly 70 of his fights (some ultra rare gems that it took lots of time and money to track down) and to finally get the opportunity to meet him and get left down. I guess I cant blame him, the girls were attractive, but it sucked, since I dont know when I'll ever get another opportunity to meet one of the greatest fighters who ever lived again. I'm still a fan, and I'm not bashing him by any means. He may have not been in a great mood or something. Just wanted to contribute to the thread with my experience.
Yes I have taken some pictures (from far) which I need to get developed, but I also have a picture taken with Duran, which will be signed by him, I'm just waiting for it to be posted.

I feel for you that Duran didn't give you his autograph, he is a really nice guy, I asked him to sign the picture and make it out to my name, so he then wrote my name on the picture aswell.

I know sometimes he won't sign things because poeple sell them on ebay.

But yes he's a nice guy, but on the odd occasion he would have this very scary look, especially his eyes, and you just think, you would not want to mess with him even at 56.

I can just imagine when he was in his prime, with his beard and that look, people must have been very scared.
