A prime Eubank would have beaten Collins, as would a prime Benn in my opinion. Calzaghe was quoted today in the Star newspaper saying that he would have beaten Colloins and Collins retired rather than face him, I believe him. Collins was nothing special and did well with the (limited) skills he had.

I wouldn't call it 'disgraceful' what he said about going after Collins next time if he had him hurt..it made a lot of sense but he was just blunt about it. Like he said afterwards, people don't like the truth.
I thought that was a really interesting interview actually! Always seems to be when Chris is involved.

Lmao did anyone else notice what happened at the end of the first callers call? Some woman just butted in as the caller was talking shit about being the best boxer in the world and shouted 'yeah he wanks 40 times a day!!' hahaha
I think it was in the 3rd video down

You don't talk about killing, FFS. Sometimes I forget just what an attention whore Eubank was

I dont think it was terribly outrageous.

Collins had Eubanks number by this stage though. Eubank couldnt do anything differently.

Collins was a good fighter at best
he had been exposed by Kalambay-McCallum-Johnson , a prime Benn KO'S him, as for Eubank i think Collins busy style gives him problems at any stage of Eubank career ,
As for Eubanks comments , well he was always full of s.h.i.t ,
Remember reality is an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol .

I don't think you can be 'exposed' by McCallum or Kalambay, they were boxing masters. And he just about deserved the decision against Johnson (Johnson deserved the decision against Toney), Johnson was as slick as a greaseball but Steve was strangely effective with his timed lunges and stubborness. Eubank deserved the decision at Millstreet, by a number of rounds IMO.

I don't find anything wrong with Eubanks statements. He's just talking tough. Anyway, Collins was garbage. I can't believe some people were stupid enough to think Jones actually ducked Collins. Jones would of murdered the boy

Whoever started this topic doesnt understand boxing. The verbal battle is the best bit of boxing. Look at the build up to mayweather v de la hoya, all the slagging produced more media attention and got more sales. Look at Ali as well, he always came off with similiar statements and the fans loved it. Tyson might be an exception tho..... i think he generally did want to kill afew people.
