Wow. Not since the days of Eubank, Bruno and Benn have I seen that
Calzaghe taking up the back three pages of The Sun. Who'd have ever thought it?

Yea, in seattletimes newspaper we had pacquioa feature half a page after he beat marco for the second time. I was actually thinking maybe we could all collect newspaper articles on boxer and scan and post it here on saddo so everyone can read the articles or collect them for themselves too.
IN the Kansas City Star they had a bigger bit on Raul Manuel Marquez v. Rocky than Clazaghe v. Kessler??

For the record it's Juan Manuel Marquez not Raul.Originally Posted by boozeboxer

It can only be a good thing to see that happening, and a greater interest in the sport on a wider world stage can only be a good thing. Obviously Calzaghe tends to make headlines back here in Wales, but foreign attention is welcome too. After all, we're all fans of the sport, and a greater audience means that we won't have ridiculous situations happening as is this weekend, with David Haye's world title fight being shown nowhere on British TV.
It's the same over here. Barry McGuigan has a page in the Mirror weekly,
The Star has Gerry Callan i think it is Frank warren still writing?
The Sun has some other dude.
The Irish Independant is picking up majorly on Duddy.
Sunday World was big on Dunne.
It's cool to see and i love it!
