Default GOing to a fight vs Watching it on tv

I've never been to a fight before and want to know if its worth going. I have tickets to the COtto Mosley fight in the in section 228 which are good seats. I really am looking forward to this fight, but I"m used to having commentary and the great angle that tv provides. Can you all give your 2 cents on the experience of being at the fight vs watching it on tv

Depends on how close you are to the action. Watching fights on TV is great, but nothing beats sitting ring side during a good bout. Hearing the puches land, seeing the reaction of the body as it absorbs the impact. Hearing the crowd come to their feet when a boxer goes down.

And if your real lucky, getting to sit in the neutral corner taking pictures during the fight(s) is even better. You get some great shots from there.

I've never been to a live fight, so I'd naturally have to say sitting at home Would be great to go to one, but I like to sit with one of my dogs on the couch and eat whenever I want, fart and pick my nose, etc. etc. Still, I imagine being ringside is something special.

I've never been to a fight before But I hope to 1 day soon Just need to save up. Anyway, unles s the seats are good,I'd rather stay home, comfy cosey, commentary etc. Personal preference I guess although, good seats for Cotto-Mosley,that atmosphere, would be hard to beat!

Let me take a wild guess here. Today your gonna come on here and say:

You wont be able to make it to the fight because an emergency came up and now your looking to sell them right?

There is nothing like being at a big fight live...
The atmosphere in the crowd is overwhelming, you feel the physicality of the men in the ring intertwine with that of your own and often you find yourself having to pull yourself together when you start to get too excited! Commentary is a poor substitute forthe roar of the crowd.
