Hit the bag, hit the weights, and get good technique. And hit him when he dont see it coming, I guarantee you'll get a knockout then.

u don't!train to throw your punches in combinations do not look for knockouts.if you put your punches together knockouts will come.if you try to throw one hard punch at a time you'll be in for some rough times.

Yeah good point from Silent Assassin, trying too hard will make your punches slow and weak. So long as you have strong technique and you work on your strength and speed you cant really do alot more, if there was a specific thing that would give you that one punch power everyone would be on it, but there isnt, in much the same way that some people can take a punch better than others, there are bits and pieces you can do to strengthen your neck and get better flexibility, but in most cases, the ability to take a good punch, as well as give one is something that people have before they ever step foot inside a boxing gym
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

forget all about "one punch power" and learn to move , to slip and to bob and weave, to throw combinations instead of punches in bunches, don't lift weights so your muscles get tensed and tire you out, but be flexible and fluid. Oh by the way i hate that One punch phrase- its not like it comes standard there has probably been only 15-20 legitimate punchers like that in history
