Maybe the board could be split into sections, for instance have a section for articles like the one on split routines young Missy posted, one for Diet and Nutrition, one for general training, one for boxing specific training, one for links etc etc.

We still pretty much have all the same help and advice but in specific areas.

Other than that some saucy jpegs would be a great start Missy.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Another thing, if the board was broken up, each section could have a glossary at the front covering all the basics of that particular board i.e. in the articles section a brief welcome followed by the do's and dont's of using other peoples material, the diet and nutrition section could contain RDA's kcal, fat, carbs etc etc. The boxing training board could have a brief overview of equipement and what its used for, stance and basic punches.

    Just thinking out loud

You could start a section about fights you have been in outside the ring (mostly at school or in the street)
