Default Things we learnt about Cotto

    He can deal with handspeed.

He has an awesome jab and right hand.

    He CAN take a punch

Minus the 12th round-he can hang with the worlds best either brawling with them or outboxing them

His own handspeed is under rated.

El GAMO: with all do respect.....I said those things way before this fight. Everyone said that there was no way Cotto would used his jab. I continued to say his jab will be used enough to keep Mosley from doing his thing. I've also been saying that his speed is underrated. He got caught cold with Torres and was hurt. his chin isn't as bad as people say it is. Thank you for writing these things though, because hopefully many people here can start respecting Cotto vice talking about getting KO'd all the time. He is exactly what boxing needs. CC's.

I also said all these things before the fight,as I am a huge Cotto fan. I was just writing them down for other non-Cotto fans/haters.

You guys were right, Cotto showed me he is an all around great fighter last night. One of the most focused fighters I've seen.

very good. I'm sure they found some more stuff to critic about him. I don't see how as boxing fans they can hate someone like Cotto. He has everything you need.

He does have the skills, and I must say it is refreshing to have such a humble guy. Never seems to do the sh#t talk routine, and didn't last night. Shane practically said Cotto won, and hats off to Shane as he is classy also. Too bad Shane is getting old, as it would be nice to have both these guys around to muffle the Mayweather mouth. Lol

yeah no doubt cotto did great last night. his chin has improved and his handspeed was matching with mosleys which impressed me and the jab he has is pretty impressive. proved to alot of people he can box and brawl.

    nice one cotto

Cotto used that jab to perfection last night. Shane ate more jabs than I've eaten hamburgers in my life.
