i am 220 at 5'5 i am mostly fat though. im short and fat. i have a lot of hand speed. i want to be a boxer. i need endurance and power does anyone have a good routine. i trained my self and never went to the gym i had a punching bag at home and i hit it. i noticed i had a lot of speed for a fat guy. now i want power and endurance. i want to go to 200 and get taller. can anyone help me.
