Hey guys, I just thought I would let some more experienced guys give me some advice. Well I am a newbie at boxing and i dont plan to take up the sport seriously, but some of my friends are starting a fight club every friday night. I weigh a little over 155 and bench 200, squat 260, incline 170 and powerclean 145. So if i could get any tips on how to get a faster and more powerful jab.... or just tips on how to box... hehe thanks
