Does anyone else think this was worse than Chavez decision ??
I'd say the actual decisions are about equally bad, but the Chavez one has to be ranked as the worse of the two because it was a much much bigger fight.Originally Posted by Pernell "Sweet Pea" Whitaker
Also, the Ramirez one doesn't seem as bad because Whitaker got the chance to have a rematch and won 12 rounds to zero. Whereas he never got a chance to fight Chavez again (probably because Chavez knew he'd get dominated again).
I guess your right if i remember right i had Chavez winning 4 rounds, i had Whitaker winning 7 with 1 even. Really truthfully Whitaker should only have 1 loss on his record imo i don't count his lastest loss because that was due to an injury but its good to see a fellow Whitaker fan cc.Originally Posted by SweetPea
I think he beat Chavez be roughly the same scores you did, but he was getting hit a lot more than usual by Chavez's cross. However against Ramirez I thought he handled both fights with relative ease.
