Watch old footage of Iron Mike and copy exactly.

    Pre; Leg Iron Mike days.

Start stretching your legs and waist, get your added head movment through your steps, leans and knee bends and time your counter attacks in with your forward movments.

(practice timing them correctly off your back moves too)

Come in low as! Use your height to your advantage (go even lower so they have to lean forward to reach you way down there)!
Hunt from down real low while moving side to side your head follows your legs as they bend so your head goes in a U shape as move forward and when you see the openings use your legs and everything from Hell up, to take their heads clean off.

Practice the hidden uppercut off the rear arm with the heel lift ,leg straightening, hip turning up so you get the whole thing as devestating as possible.

Aim at popping up on the outer side of their lead arm and hook into them ,stay close and choke them off sothey cant get their game plan going at all.

Hooks uppercuts and 45 degree angled in between type ones and finish them hard and fast.

    Do weights too.

Dont ignore the basics though ,learn to control with your jab so you can keep them from turning into you, once you gain an outer position at your own distance.
