jumproping???

jumproping is just sumthin i lack at doiin how do i get good at it i mean how am i actually suppose to do it?

just keep pratcing with it , i never used to be able to use a jumprope but now after a few weeks i can do it easy . it all about just putting time in to practicing and it will eventuall come to u .
start off slow then build up the speed as u get better .

try not to over do it tho , i find if i go on the rope for to long my shines start to ack(shine splits?)
