ive been training for boxing for a awhile now but i dont know if i m strong enouph yet but i have a match on the 7th of june so i was wandering on that night how many hours of sleep and what i should eat for breakfast




What should i do to get into better shape i have a 120 pound bag tell me some combinations i should do or spmething to strengthen my punching. thank you
