Well, Money Is Getting Lower, Pay Cuts Etc...
And I Don't Think I Will Be Able To Go To The Gym And Get That Heavybag Time...
So Is There Anything I Can Use As A Sub For The HeavyBag

Maybe you could duck tape a matress up and punch that.
I Guess I Could Try That I Think I Can Get A Cheap Good Shape Matress At A Yard Sell... Prolly Like $20.00 Bucks, And I Already Got Ducktape... Thanks For The Help, Also If You Have Any Ideas Share Them...
could you afford to get your own bag, don't forget the cost of brakets
if you used it a lot you would get your money's worth
but if you don't just stick with the matress, but is duck tape nessacery
good look denver, remember "always llook after the pennies and the pounds will look after them selves", dunno why i'm sayin this coz you don't even have pennies and pounds in america, but you know what i mean
we have pennies in america, dont know if they're the same ur talking about, but we do lol
Punching a mattress will do. You might can also try punching those padded things that football players are supposed to tackle into, but I doubt you would have any of those...
get a big *ss bag you know, the kind they use in the army for clothes and things.
you can buy it for a few bucks and a dollar. you stuff it up with clothes, and hang it on something and you got a punching bag, stuff it up with anything you like to make it as hard/heavy as you like.
happy training
i done that a while ago, i filled it up with all sorts of things like rocks, broken glass and razor blades but after a while it began to hurt my handsOriginally Posted by Confirm
whoa didnt that cut ur hand?
if was guna do that i would wrap the brinks and stones in clthes so its heavy and stuff just the right amounbt of padding not to soft not to hard but frget the glass and razor blades
Just buy your own bag or get a weight set.
or use a dead cow:P
what film have i seen that off Rocky
secondhand...ebay has some cheap yet reasonable quality gear.
Its hard to develop all of the muscles you need to punch and be able to get the muscle memory and twitch that your body preforms with just weights so their not really a proper substitute for a heavey bag really, not that its a bad idea just theres more to a punch than the strength of your muscles (not that it isn't a factor)Originally Posted by muchmoore
I reccoment biting the bullet and buying the bag, it'll pay for its self and as missy said even a second/cheap one is better than most of the alternatives you can make
use the guy whos lowering pay as your heavy bag
