Journeyman Holyfield would get knocked out in 8 rounds or less, IMHO. "Prime," Journeyman Holyfield would get knocked out between 10-12 rounds. Fields is too quick, and is way more skilled than the journeyman Holyfield ever was.

Of course, if you could score a fight on who took a bigger beating, then journeyman Holyfield would be an all time great. But, unfortunately for journeyman Holyfield fans, that's not the case.
