    Default Hand Wraps

    am i doing my hand wraps right? when i clench my fist the bit inbeetween the fingers sorta fells quite tight

    i followed the guide on http://www.ababoxing.com/page5.html

    it should feel secure, if too tight it can dig in as your hand will swell during exercise.

    start the loop around the thumb......pull it down around your wrist(tightly).....move them twice around your knuckles...then secure it not tight not loose.....then come down and softly place in between all fingers...then go around knuckles 3 or 4 times secure again......acess left wrap X arross the top of your palm...then wrap arond your wrist and velcro it
