    Default disappointed fan

After posting for opinion on 4 boxing related forums reference the sorry state of British heavyweight boxing all we have come up with are just five heavys who may or may not make it.This is the very short list in no particular order

    1 Scott Belshaw 7 & 0 5ko

    2 Sam Sexton 7 & 0 2ko

    3 Ian Millarvie 7 & 0 5ko

    4 Chris Burton 9 & 0 5ko

    5 Derek Chisora 4 & 0 1ko

disappointed is not really the right word, somewhere there is a big lad maybe 18 or 20 years old about 220 lbs at this moment knocking 7 sorts out of the heavy bag, step up to the plate young man your fortune is in yours & Frank warrens hands

    Heya Tellboy,
I saw Chisera in his pro debut.
He fought Tony Booth on the undercard of Calzaghe Manfredo, in a disgraceful match. From the opening bell it was obvious Booth (who didn't even get in the program) was there to lose to Chisera and make Chisera look good.
What happened was Chisera putting on a dreadful performance and barely winning as Booth showboated his way to a loss.
    Honestly it was atravesty.

Chisera was then sitting behind me for the main event, eating pocorn or crisps or something, so please don't be too optimistic mate!

Tyson Furey is a very yoiung guy that participated in the naational Championships in Britain at Super heavy a few years ago.

I imagine he's still too young to turn Pro and even when he does I think he's nothing special apart from his size.

I'm not sure If he's related to those PARTICULAR Furey's but he's certainly of Irish origin, much too young for turning pro I'd imagine.
