Help!! (Need help with a program)

OK, so heres what I wanna do.

A while back I can't remember where I saw this I think it was in a blogspot or chat room. Someones profile as their signtature it had about 20 pictures.

Where it was something like a rectangle but it had all the images in there in sections but the person viewing it could click on the image to view it as a larger image.

I have about 27 very small pictures (4kb to 7 kb) (100x75) that I'd like to fit into one of those things that I described. Since our signature settings only allows for 2 images of [IMG]
Was wondering if anyone here knows of any program that could either do that (what I described) or something very similar. I don't wan't a slideshow/video I just want the images.
I'm sure theres a program out there that can do that.

Hey Mick, I'm not big on picture editing but I'll try my best to help out, although someone will probably have a better solution.

This way will take a while but it would work.

Use Paint to stick all your pictures on a page. You would have to open paint twice, one window with your canvass page for all the photo's and another window for opening each picture to copy and paste onto your canvass page.

The paint program is useless at resising though so grab a free program called pixresizer.

You could then use paint to create the rectangular canvass for all your pictures and Pixresizer to make them the right size without losing quality.

Sorry I don't have a better method but that way would work.
