Just an update... I broke my bench record for 5x5's in 2 consecutive weeks from 265x5x5 too 300x5x5. Current max record is 350... I expect at least 365 next time I max out... maybe 370. Power cleaned 245 last week too. Body weight 205. Double body weight bench still a realistic long term goal... the road to 400 continues.

Im back from my TDY so I'll be able to to post more. Word

u shoud consider going for world strongest man competition in some years if your going this way :P by the way luke always wonderd are you a boxer or bodybuildeR? or both?

just a boxer right now, though Im toying with the idea of trying my luck at power lifting too. I talked to a Captain today who use to be my squadron commander who wants me to go in a power lifting competition the saturday after memorial day. Im kinda a jak of all trades.. just a pure athlete. Ive pretty much put my actual boxing career on hold, at least actual matchs (I still train on the heavy bag) to pursue the 400 pound bench.
