This is a weird one...
I woke up this morning and when I was in the bathroom, I looked in the mirror and saw that one half of my eye was like covered in blood just under the surface.. All the white part on the outside side of my eye was like completley red.. Not like bloodshot red, but like a flow of blood stuck in between the white eye, and the thin membrane over your eye protecting it. I immediately stressed out because it looked a bit full on, and i've had monster headaches for the last few days, so I thought I had some tumor or something that had popped (I have a good imagination)...
I looked it up on the net immediately and it says that it's nothing bad.. It can happen if your eye rubs on your pillow or you poke it or something.. It can also happen from heavy lifting, high blood pressure etc... It said to see a doctor mainly because it could be a symptom of something bad, but it in itself isn't a bad thing... It's a bit annoying because it also says that it can stay around for a week or 2, and i'm going to be freaking people out when they see half my eye is completely red. I'm trying to think of some cool or freaky story to explain it... The final crappy part is that some people get left with a crappy brown stain on the white of their eye which I don't i'll be a fan of...
Anyway, any of you guys ever had this?? Supposedly it's kind of common...
I was going to take a photo to show, but it's seriously grose
