    Default knockdown by pacquaio

I'm really curious regarding the knockdown Pacquaio gave on marquez.Had the knockdown happened earlier, say, 2 minutes before the bell, Marquez would have surely been down big time. Pacquaio could have won it early.

I guess that makes it PAcquaio deserving to win the fight...

pac made the fight harder on himself, he could of stopped jmm in the 4th and a few times after that but decided to stick to their original plan. try and counter and counterer. they originally expected jmm to jab like in the first fight then pac would use the counter right on top of a jmm jab but jmm didn't jab much. Pac speed and power is clearly dominant when he explode with them. unfortunetly pac is prefering to settle instead of explode. Jmm is lucky pac wasn't as aggressive as before, pac let jmm stay in the fight. its pacs fault why it went the distant, he still won though.

It was a great knockdown and Marquez did well to recover.

Prior to that moment though Marquez was outboxing Manny and landing shots of his own which is why I think Manny was cautious.

He certainly respected Marquez's own power by the end, he caught him with some vicious body shots.

I just think these two are exceptionally closely matched. I reckon they could fight a 100 times and still be roughly 50/50

dude, i agree with the most part of your post except the fact that you said marquez did well to recover. he got saved by the bell. he hold on the ropes when he got hit again and he almost went down. lucky for him the clock ran it. of course he got a minute to recover in between rounds. he didnt even know which corner he was going to after he got KD.
