    Default New Micky Ward book

I just got finished with a "Irish Thunder: The Hard Life and Times of Micky Ward." If you haven't read it yet, I recommend giving it a read. It's a great picture of the struggle that all journeyman fighters go through and overall, it's pretty inspiring book. I'm going to have to YouTube Ward/Burton again - one of my alltime favorite fights.

Anybody else read the book yet?

Mickys a great guy, he overcame the odds. Hes still involved in the sport and never changed who he is even with all the fame. Real blue collar hero to me.

Seriously. Crazy family, bad management, bad luck, and injuries. That takes a lot of inner strength.
