It would be good to get your opinions on where a fighter like Cristobal Arreola fits into the current hwt scene.

He is a very agressive fighter, with heavy hands (if not hard punches), and he does have the WBC C/A strap
(which used to count for a mandatory, but that's another post...)

Is he looking at Peter or a Klitschko in his future?

    Chris Arreola

He'll probably get a title shot within the next 18 months I'd imagine. He won't beat Wlad or even Chagaev imo but he's entertaining at least.

I can see some fun matchups with the likes of Rahman, Walker, Witherspoon, Mollo and Rodriguez, all would be entertaining fights imo.

I'd also like to see him have a crack at Roman Greenburg and Joe Mesi if they ever actually plan on stepping up to top 100 ranked competition.

I think he is big and strong, and that may be his best attribute. You can see he wants to be a better fighter, so you have to give him credit for that. Are there any trainers out there that would provide him the best tutiledge?

I'd love to see Arreola v. Witherspoon unless Chazz looks as lackluster as he did the last time I saw him.

I like Cris Arreola but I think he's better suited to fight the smaller guys, I think a fight vs Eddie Chambers would be good for him and I think he could have a brawl with Povetkin that would draw a lot of attention.

Arreola just needs to stay away from Wlad as long as possible
